Professional Experience
Technical Program Manager & Customer Solutions Lead, Live Hacking Events
Bugcrowd | 2022 β Present
- I run Bugcrowd's live hacking events, taking them from winged, on-the-fly engagements to something standardized and unique at the same time, with defined delivery standards, engagement tiers, and pricing logic built in
- 4 to 6 engagements a year, on average, for household names like T-Mobile, SAP, Ericsson, Telstra, Indeed, and MGM. I bridge the gap between researcher teams (10 to 15 hardware, up to 40 web specialists per engagement) and enterprise security teams across time zones
- Bugcrowd picked me to represent the program publicly at UC Berkeley CLTC's EdProtect symposium, presenting our live hacking results to government and industry stakeholders
- Ensured a smooth event experience with zero major escalations and on average 80+ vulnerabilities found, leading to annual recurring revenue from multiple customers
- Weekly stakeholder updates used to eat an hour of my time. I built a Python CLI tool that pulls and formats data from multiple systems automatically, cutting that to 15 minutes
- Created and standardized researcher vetting criteria, event onboarding workflows, and engagement playbooks adopted by cross-functional teams across the engagement lifecycle
- Ran 10+ onsite security testing events internationally for Fortune 500 clients across hospitality, telecom, and public sector
