With 6+ years managing enterprise implementations in cybersecurity and SaaS, I’ve built my career on a fundamental principle: technology only creates value when customers can successfully adopt it. At Bugcrowd, I manage technical implementations of boutique, high-touch live hacking events for Fortune 500 companies, achieving zero major escalations across 12+ events and implementations while reducing operational overhead by 75% through strategic automation.

My approach combines technical depth (Python, SQL, data analytics) with customer-centric program management.

I hold an MS in Data Analytics and BS in Economics from the University of Houston. In my downtime, I enjoy learning new tech, exploring the world and building new things (legos or tools).
